1. Classification criteria and application of elastic floor EN685 “Classification standard for elastic floor products” approved by the European Community, the floor used in different areas is strictly divided into household grade standards: 21 to 23; commercial grade standards: 31 to 34 Industrial grade standard: 41 to 43.
Technical performance requirements
1.1 Abrasion resistance: The order of wear resistance of EN685 is: 21-22-23-31-32-41-33-42-34-43.
1.2 Color fastness: The color fastness value is determined by reference to ISO 105-B02, generally 6 degrees and 7 degrees. The high value indicates that the color fastness is better and it is not easy to change color.
1.3 Non-slip: European standard BGR181 stipulates that the anti-skid grade of elastic materials should be between R9 and R11. The higher the grade, the better the anti-skid performance.
1.4 Residual sag: It represents the strength of the resilience of the floor after compression and deformation. The smaller the value, the smaller the dent generated after the material is pressed. Generally, the homogenous translucent structure product is superior to the laminated structure product, and the product of the laminated back surface of the laminated structure is superior to the product of the foamed back layer. European standard: error < 0.04 mm.
1.5 Dimensional stability: EN434, GB/T4085-2005 and GB/T11982.1-2005 for the material heating length change rate (except linen) requirements is coil & pound; 0.40%, sheet & pound; 0.25%.
1.6 Surface treatment: It can be divided into three parts: whole body polyurethane (PUR) treatment, surface PUR treatment and no PUR treatment. The function of polyurethane is to close the pores between the molecules on the surface of the material to improve the anti-fouling performance.
1.7 Fire protection: According to German DIN 4102, American standard ASTM648 and national standard GB8624-1997, the paving materials should reach the B1 level.
2. Performance interpretation and certification:
2.1, the amount of sound insulation: the unit is dB (A), which is the result of the A sound level before the sound insulation minus the A sound level after the insertion.
2.2. Thermal conductivity: Test thermal conductivity only for thermal insulation requirements, according to EN1339 or with density-related values in EN12524.
2.3. Anti-slip property: Under the partial pressure of PVC elastic floor, it will produce instantaneous elastic deformation and increase the friction coefficient of the floor. It is not easy to slip when walking. The surface of the hard ground material is hard and smooth, and its friction coefficient u is only 1/3 of PVC, which makes it easier to slip.
2.4. CE certification: indicates that the goods meet the European Community’s safety, health, environmental protection and consumer protection and other series of European indicators.

2.6. EN649 can be based on the degree of wear resistance according to the degree of wear resistance T, P, M, F four levels.
