The technological process of LVT floor mainly includes: base material, middle layer material mixing, hot pressing, roll coating and tempering, punching, trimming, grooving and packaging.
1. Mixing of bottom material and middle layer material
Add the proportion of vinyl chloride resin powder, plasticizer, stabilizer and carbon black into the mixer, then add the plasticizer and stone powder in sequence, enter the banbury mixer, roll it into shape, cool, and cut into blocks.
2. Hot pressing
Spread canvas, embossed board, soft film, base material, middle material, frosted sheet, color film, and soft film in sequence between the two steel plates. After they are completely pressed, they enter the hot press and increase continuously. Warm and pressurize, about 40min, the soft film can be peeled off, the floor finally takes shape.
3. Roll coating and tempering
The UV coating is applied by the roller and then irradiated by ultraviolet rays and dried directly in the oven Bake, solidify, cool in cold water, blow dry, and finally keep in good health at room temperature.
4. Die cutting
Cut 5 to 6 pieces with a punching machine and place them on the tray regularly.
5. Edge cutting and slotting
Edge trimming and slotting according to customer requirements
6. Packaging
It must be cleaned and inspected before packaging. This is also the last pass.
